Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

OnPoint Coaches

  • The Kids

We believe in the character development of kids. We expect that coaches be a positive example to the kids of our program as demonstrated through their behavior toward our program participants, fellow coaches, competitors and others that we interact with. We believe that kids need correct modeling to learn, space to try and fail, and support to grow both in character and play. We are dedicated to meeting each child where they are and supporting movement in a positive direction.

  • The Program

We have thoughtfully developed the OnPoint Way. In skills training we believe in ‘positionless’ play and the total athlete. We believe in preparing our participants for advancing to the next level and achieving their goals, and planning development around the individual. We believe that all participants can and should ask questions and be provided an insightful explanation to our why. We believe that all rules, expectations, drills, etc. should have a reason and should be clearly defined for learning.

  • The Team

You are joining a team. We support each other, communicate with one another, and work together to develop our participants. Some of our strongest and most enduring relationships have come from teammates. We expect a commitment to our program and participants, and we will work to develop your skills to best serve the athletes in our program.

  • The expectation

We are here to help you grow and develop as a coach/trainer. You will be required to sign a noncompete. We are not here for you to take our years of learning, create derision in our program and poach our clients. We are protective of the positive atmosphere, and will support your growth of OnPoint clients to create your place in our team.
